1. Click Account on the left dashboard on the website to enter your membership center.
2. Select Wines under My Assets to find the order you need to return.
3. Click Sell and follow the options to complete the return.
In general, you can choose to sell anytime as long as in the condition of: the product has not been shipped yet, and all the stocks are still in the market. Once your return has been completed, Microwine will revoke all the stocks that are related to the returned order.
After you finish the return process, the refund will automatically deposit into your balance, Click Wallet on the left dashboard to check your balance. The refund cannot be used to purchase wine again, you can withdraw the balance to your personal bank anytime you want, it usually takes three (3) business days to process and deposit to your bank.
